Late Payments

 

If you have transferred or sent the photo proof of your payment after the given deadline, we will not be entertaining you or the order will be automatically be canceled. It is your duty to adhere to the given deadline unless you have notified us earlier. 

 

Defective Items

 

Any damage or loss of normal mail during delivery process is not compensated originally because it is not covered by insurance. Return & Refund policy is applied for the defective products from the manufacturing process directly caused by Fashion Shelter. Customers should ask for compensation directly for the defects caused by Singpost shipment from the shipping service at the receiver's country.

*Note that we will send a photo proof of the package to you upon request within a week from the date of shipment, so the items should be in perfect conditions.
If you have received a damaged or defective item then please email us your name, date of order and arrival, items & the product condition with photo proof within 3 days after receiving the items, you are eligible to obtain an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. We will give you 3 options first: (a) Request for a 50% refund (b) Add a small free gift to the defected product(s) or (c) Proceed on with the defected product(s). If we authorize a return, we will send an email with a set of instructions for sending the damaged or defective product(s) to us. These damaged/defective products must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped in the original packaging. After we have received the product, we will examine and test the defective product.
If we find the defect(s) described in your email, we will return 50% of the total cost to you or add a mini gift with the item, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you by normal mail which, we will not be responsible for any lost mail. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for all methods of shipment.

Unopened, in Original Packing and in Good Condition

You may choose to return only unopened items that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs. Fashion Shelter is not responsible for any shipping cost. Please email us within 3 days after receiving the item(s) to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will send you an email with a set of instructions for sending the returning product(s) to us. These product(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped in its original packaging.
Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a 50% refund of the price of that item. However, shipping and handling charges for the order will not be refunded. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product(s), we will firstly verify its condition. It generally takes about 2 ~ 3 weeks to process a return. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable postage courier and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
